Sonntagsessen / Sunday meal

Inspired by our Indian meal in London during the last weekend I baked some naan breads today (in the pan, works well) and cooked a chicken tikka massala. Unfortunately we did not have any fresh coriander which is a must next time.

As a true BVB supporter I'll have to say thank you to Bremen who won against Hamburg today and thus enabled Dortmund to hop on place 5 of the league. Thank you BVB and Bremen as well as Mönchengladbach (who won against Schalke).

  1. Hooray for BVB! The naan looks excellent, but the curry looks too tamed for me! (Sorry that I'm such an inconvenience)

  2. Naan was great and the curry was not spicy enough for our tastes. LOL at you being an inconvenience (you are of course :-p ).
Keep fingers crossed for BVB tomorrow night!

  3. I LOVE Indian food and it can never be too spicy for me. I like it so hot that your eyes water. I use Sharwoods extra hot chili powder which I get in Akzenta in Wu-tal.

I'm not a soccer fan at all but GO BVB (for Thora!)

  4. Thanks Lola! That was my 1st try in Indian cousine. I was supposed to take part in an Indian cook course but unfortunately it had been delayed to another date and now I can't go. I'll keep trying.

    GO BVB!
